Dear Team—

I understand you all just completed your meeting - I hope you’re as excited as I am with the good news. Previously I shared you all a message, I stated the following: “I believe in this group. You all are some of the most motivated and creative developers we have had the opportunity to partner with - and we’re looking forward for that collaboration to endure.”

With your dedication and flexibility, especially over the last year, you continue to prove that.

The player input from last autumn’s the game playtest was informative. It confirmed the promise of a action-packed game but made clear we still had work to do. It revealed the necessity for a more distinct brand.

It has been motivating to see how far you’ve progressed. You took the feedback to heart and revamped the title with a revitalized direction - one that’s positioned to fulfill its potential to our audience.

The trust in Project ETHOS grows every day. To advance the remarkable progress you’ve made, I am thrilled to welcome Ben Brinkman as the new Director of 31st Union. Following a period of discussions, he officially joins us on Monday, October 20.

Ben’s management and experience in the PVP shooter space is vast, having spent the past decade and a half creating and leading some of the most popular franchises in the industry, such as the acclaimed shooter, and more recently, Apex Legends.

Please join me in greeting him in the coming days. We are all looking forward to continue observing the progress of the game in the months to come.
