Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Civil Exchange
Despite these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically recognized for his showmanship - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead criticized ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British rival Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.
Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
However, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's greatest financial successes, consistently making substantial financial rewards.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a stoppage in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As both boxers participated in the traditional face-off, with their physical disparity on show, it highlighted just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly proceeding.
